Milestones.

Last night at the gym was weigh in day. I have been working very hard these past few weeks(even with a nasty cold) and its finally paying off. I marked a major milestone yesterday. I'm now down 51 pounds. I feel much better, I eat much healthier, and I'm actually considering doing a triathlon. If anyone would have asked me last September (2008) if I thought I could do a triathlon, I might have laughed. I have upped the swimming to 4-5 days a week and continue with my gym workouts 5 days a week. My entire gym class got to do 51 burpees yesterday all thanks to me!
