I finished my first swap items. I'm made the "O" in Happy Holidays for a banner swap here they are. 16 of them!

Swap Boards

My oh My, I just discovered the swap boards on Two Peas and a Bucket, here is the link to their web site http://www.twopeasinabucket.com/default.asp I have signed up for 3 of them.

How fun, I will be making these Rag Quilt alphabets you can see them here (this is my first time making a link, I hope it works) I signed up for 2 letter so I get to make 26 of each. They will be Christmas presents for the twins. I was going to just make one, but I figured they should have their own. What a great way to learn you letters.

I also signed up for a altered binder clip swap, I will be making 10 Christmas binder clips, and 10 anything goes clips. Those look easy and fun.

The last one I signed up for is a Happy Holidays banner. I get to make all the O's. I'm looking forward to a new Christmas decoration. I will keep you all updated on how my items turn out, and I will post the finished products when the come to me (around Thanksgiving).

Locks of Love

Today, I'm mailing off my hair to Locks of Love. Here's an interesting fact from their website. 80% of the hair that gets donated is from kids that want to help other kids, how heart warming! Also, if your interested they do accept dyed hair it just can't be bleached.

Halloween Decorations

I went to the Paper Muse in Sumner on Saturday and got these really cool vintagey Halloween images and some mini Halloween bingo cards(how cute), and made some awesome decorations with them. I had some canvases already and these two chipboard pumpkins, that I had no idea what I was going to make with them when I got them. Funny how things work out.

I had a lot of fun making these and playing with stickles and glossy accents. Doug even liked the way they turned out. These will be really awesome for the Halloween party that we are having on the 24th.

My Sister's Birthday

Today is my sister's birthday! She is super generous, giving, loving, an awesome mom, a hot mom, and very funny! I hope you have a good birthday Kelly. She already went out for sushi last night in Seattle, LUCKY! I have a gift for you, I hope to see you this weekend!
